Recently some AWESOME clients of mine, The Cornelius Family, showed me a painting a friend of theirs Bruno Bak, did of a photo I took of their son a couple years ago. I think this is so cool, and I feel flattered that he loved the photograph enough that he wanted to paint it....but seriously this boy is adorable!

Taylor & Dan's Wedding 06.09.12!

Happy Happy Day to Taylor & Dan! This was a such a crazy day, the rain came and went so many times, but always seem to let up at the perfect moments for photographs, unbelievable. At one point in the ceremony the rain came gushing down, right when the officiant asked the crowd a question, it was magical and as loud as a waterfall! The location at Knollwood Golf Course was so picturesque, I had to share all these colourful, fun moments.

Sgambelluri Family at Lasalle Park!

 

What a perfect spring day we got for this session, it almost looked like fall the colours in the trees were so vibrant! My friend Laura, fellow work buddy at Kula Yoga Burlington and her sister bought this session as a gift card for their parents to celebrate their Wedding Anniversary; which turned out to be an awesome idea, as they show cased the image their anniversary party this past June! I love the love between the two of them in the images above.Thank you Sgambelluri Family for a fun afternoon at Lasalle Park.....especially you sweet little Riann girl :) xo

Lauren & Scott 06.01.12 Sneak Peak!

Lauren & Scott, congratulations on your beautiful wedding at the Hamilton Golf & Country Club! I must admit, at first I was disapointed that the weather did not cooperate, because you had choosen such a gorgeous outdoor location! However,"into each life, some rain must fall" and it actually worked out for the great because it gave us the opportunity to be spontaneous and creative! Seriously though, not only did we get rain, but we got sideways-windy-cold-knock-the-trees-over kind of rain! The grace in which you both handled this change of plans, to me, says a lot about your future ahead together. May all the rest of your days, be as fun and joyous as this day was.  Thank you again for having me be apart of this special day!  Di xo

PS. I should have added a photo of Lauren's grandmother to this post, as her musical performance was the highlight of my day!
