Mel & Dave's E-Session in Downtown Burlington!

Okay, I am so late on this one, so I'm doing a double post of Mel & Dave's love!! What a fun time in downtown Burlington, with Mel & Dave and their beautiful boy Reid. This overcast day, made for a relaxed and easy going session. On a separate note, I can't believe that in all the time that I have been living and working in Burlington, I have never done engagement photos downtown?! With the lakefront at Spencer Smith Park, Keora Salon, Kindfood and so much more, Burlington really does make for some cool backdrops. Lesson learned, sometimes the magic is right in front of you!

The Smith Family at Bronte Park!

Thank you Jori, Ryan, Carter, Liam, Nathan and Bently for an awesome afternoon. There was so much action with 4 boys, I was in photography heaven! Even trying to pick photos for this blog was a challenge, because all I wanted to do was put up the ones that showed their curiosity and made me laugh. Welcome Baby Dillan!

Congrats Meredith and Matt on your beautiful Baby Boy!! I had so much fun with you guys in the studio, and Dillan was so content and easy to please. At 4 weeks old, he seemed to have so much personality, I just loved him. I also believe relaxed parents, make relaxed babies (I've seen from experience!) so keep doing what your doing. MUSIC + MOVEMENT + FREEDOM- May 20th, 7pm

On a personal note, I thought I would invite you all to attend this event at my second home, Kula Burlington! If you haven't been here before, it's an incredible yoga studio with honest, caring and extremely talented instructors. On Friday nights, Kula hosts KARMA classes, where minimum donations of $5.00 are taken to support a good cause (changes every few months), and in exchange you get a wonderful 90minute Hot Yoga class! This Karma class on May 20th, is intended to raise money for John William Bauld's CD Campaign devoted to the sounds and passion of the heart. The gifted John Bauld and Bobbyji will be performing.

I unfortunately can not attend this event, as it's my Mama's Birthday (love you Mom!), but will be there in spirit....hope to see you there ;)

Great Scott Family Session!

Eeeee, it's been awhile since I've done a session blog post! In spirit of the warmer weather, I thought I would share this beach session from September. I dont think I have ever laughed so hard with a family in my life. The Scott Family (not my Scott family!) are so charismatic and incredibly kind. I thought Dan was kidding when he said he was bringing the cat, but it truely did account for the most unique beach session! Thanks for a wonderful day friends.
